- Avoid excessive mental and physical
activities for the first few days, and then ease yourself back
into a workload as you feel up to it.
- Practice moderation in all things.
- Take the time to enjoy and appreciate
your new inner cleanliness. Delve deeper in your meditation.
- Keep the body temperate by: No
swimming; no hot baths, spas or saunas; no cold showers; no sunbaking
or long exposure to sun.
- Keep away from: Sick people (i.e.
infectious diseases and mentally depressive types); emotionally
traumatic situations; unnatural environments - eg air conditioning,
bright lights, fumes, putrid substances, chemicals; sensory bombardments
- eg loud music, TV, chatterboxes and whingers.
- Take it easy: Don't overwork physically
or mentally - but don't be lazy either.
- Get plenty of sleep. No late nights.
Shift workers be careful of proper sleep patterns.
- Don't be pushed - or be pushy.
- Avoid excessive conflict. Practice
surrender.
- Avoid low quality sex (i.e. interactions
with lovers that are not satisfying to that highest part of you).
- Think before you eat everything:
Do I really need this? Is this the best thing available to put
into my body? Will I feel good about having eaten this afterwards?
- Leave behind old patterns, habits,
expectations of yourself and others.
